Core Mat and Bar This low impact, core challenging class blends elements of Pilates, yoga, and ballet to focus on strength in the abdominal muscles, lower back, glutes, hip flexor, and thigh muscles. In keeping true to the elements of Pilates, this class is suitable for those with physical ailments as movements can be modified to accommodate them. This class is mostly on the mat, and standing for brief periods of time. Small weights or props may be used, but all exercises will remain low or no impact. No experience necessary.
