Saturdays

730 – 820 am Core Yoga (Rebecca) 2/28 class will be held 9 to 10 AM instead! Please give yourself ample time to arrive and put down your mat.

Sundays

930 – 1045 am Kundalini Yoga (Gina)

11 am – 12 pm Hatha Vinyasa Yoga (Verred) Kellie 3/1
