Veterans Yoga Project Teacher Training November 7th through 9th. Learn how to use and teach yoga for coping with trauma. Only a few spots left. Use the link to reserve your space.

What is Ayurveda? Sunday, November 23rd, 5 to 7 pm: Learn how to feel your best, manage stress, and manage your weight over the holidays. Ayurveda for your life! The in-person workshop with Kellie is 5 to 7 pm but before attending you will be given a questionnaire to determine your doshas (your mind-body type). $25 to attend, $20 for members. Limited to 10 participants. Online registration opens soon, or reserve your space in studio.
