Happy holidays! The schedule below has notes for all holiday class changes or cancellations and some notes leading into our new schedule for 2015. If a class has nothing listed beside it, it is on as regularly scheduled. Mondays

830 – 915 am Boot Camp Basics (Rebecca) In class 12/22, we will decide the new time for this class in 2015. If you cannot attend and normally do, please email woodbridgebodyworks@gmail.com to vote on the new schedule. There is no class 12/29.

930 – 1030 am Yoga Basics (Rebecca) Due to a scheduling conflict, 12/22 will be the last class.

515 – 615 pm Core Mat & Bar (Rebecca) (In January, this class will move to Wednesdays, same time.)

630 – 730 pm Vinyasa Yoga Level 2 (Rebecca)

Tuesdays

630 – 715 am Boot Camp (Rebecca)

12 – 1245 pm Boot Camp (Rebecca)

615 – 715 pm Moon Yoga (Gina) No class 12/23

Wednesdays

630 – 730 am Core Yoga (Rebecca)

630 – 730 pm Yoga Basics (Rebecca) No class 12/24 or 12/31

Thursdays

12 – 1245 pm Lunch Break Yoga (Rebecca) No class 12/25 or 1/1

615 – 715 pm Vinyasa Yoga Mixed Level (Jess) No class 12/25 or 1/1

Fridays

630 – 715 am Boot Camp (Rebecca) Class will be held at 830 am on 12/26

930 – 1030 am Gentle Yoga (Verred)

430 – 530 pm TGIYoga: Relax & Reboot (Kellie) REQUIRES RSVP by 48 hours prior. Please email woodbridgebodyworks@gmail.com to sign up.

Saturdays

730 – 820 am Core Yoga (Rebecca)

Sundays

930 – 1045 am Kundalini Yoga (Gina)

11 am – 12 pm Hatha Vinyasa Yoga (Verred)
