Our Summer Schedule runs through August 16th. We will be moving to our new location and reopening September 2nd! If you do not get our emails, sign up on the home page by scrolling below the picture. All information including the new website, membership rates, schedule, and celebrations surrounding our move and 3 year anniversary will be delivered to our email list primarily.

Monday 630 AM Wake Up Yoga requires sign up! Class is canceled 7/28. Please email woodbridgebodyworks@gmail.com to sign up for this class on 8/4 or 8/11.  We will hold class for 3 or more students.

Millette takes over Tuesday nights! Join Mimi while she’s home Tuesdays for 630 PM Vinyasa Level 2 on BOTH July 22nd and 29th! She may do some dates in August as well. We’ll keep you posted.
